One Pot Creamy Orzo Salmon
Creamy Orzo and Paprika Salmon in under 30 mins

Ingredients
50g Butter
2 cloves garlic, sliced
Pinch Salt
Crack of pepper
1 tsp plain flour
500ml milk (I used whole)
180g orzo
2 Skinless salmon fillets
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp olive oil
pinch salt
200ml water
50g Parmesan, grated
Method
Turn on the grill
Heat butter and fry garlic on medium for 2 mins until fragrant with salt and pepper
Add flour and cook for a min then add the milk and orzo, cook for 10 mins on medium stirring like a risotto
Add salmon with oil, garlic, paprika and a pinch of salt to season.
Add water and parmesan, the orzo should be just cooked and the sauce should be coating the back of a spoon. Add the seasoned salmon fillets over the thickened orzo.
Grill for 10 mins until the salmon is golden and the orzo is just caramelising. Serve with a sprinkle of chives.
